• We are not medical professionals. Our trainers do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.

• You should consult your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

• Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury. You assume full responsibility for these risks.

• Golden Gals Fitness is not liable for any injury, illness, or other adverse effects resulting from your participation.

Golden Gals Fitness offers fitness services, including but not limited to unlimited 45-minute sessions, personal training, and wellness programs, delivered in-person or online.

Payment & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made before accessing services.

• All sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued, regardless of attendance or usage.

• Sessions/packages are non-transferable and expire according to terms provided.

Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate health information and notify us of any changes.

• Attend sessions on time and follow safety instructions.

• Consult a medical professional prior to beginning any new fitness routine.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellation policies will be provided at enrolment.

• Missed sessions without timely cancellation will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Intellectual Property

All content—workouts, images, videos, and materials—are owned by Golden Gals Fitness and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Golden Gals Fitness is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your participation in our services.
