By making a payment to Golden Gals Fitness, you are entering into a service agreement and fully accept the terms of this Refund Policy. This policy is binding and enforceable under applicable consumer and contract laws. Golden Gals Fitness reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review the most current version of this policy.
Refund Policy
Golden Gals Fitness provides 45-minute unlimited training sessions as part of our service-based wellness programs. Due to the nature of our services and scheduling requirements, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy.
By enrolling in any Golden Gals Fitness service or package, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued, regardless of how many sessions you have or have not attended.

This applies to all service offerings, including unlimited session packages, challenges, memberships, and promotional specials.

Unused sessions cannot be credited, carried over, extended, transferred, or exchanged.

Client cancellations, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund or credit.
